License Portal
Prism's Polar customer portal: copy your license key, manage or cancel your plan, download the After Effects panel, and free a device slot in one place.
Everything you own lives in one place. The License Portal at polar.sh/oneprism/portal is where you copy your license key, change your plan, top up AI credits, download the panel, and manage your two device slots. Polar is Prism's billing and license partner; there is nothing else to set up.
Copy your license key
Your license key has the form PRISM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX — one permanent key that covers every extension (see license and activation). Copy it from the portal, then paste it into the panel to activate inside After Effects.
Manage your plan
Switch between Free and Pro whenever your work changes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect on your subscription, and your limits update automatically — your license key stays the same, so you never re-activate the panel. You can also cancel from here. For what each plan includes, see plans and pricing.
Top up AI credits
The generative AI tools — image generation, music, sound effects, transcription, and beat detection — run on AI credits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and you purchase more credits in the portal when you need them: add any amount, from $5, and it lands in your wallet immediately. Purchased credits never expire.
Download the panel
The portal is where you download the Prism panel — the .zxp package you install in After Effects. When a new version ships, download the latest .zxp from the portal and install it over your current one. Your activation and device slots carry over. The install steps are in install the panel.
Free a device slot
Every plan keeps two devices active at once — a desktop and a laptop, or a studio machine and a personal one, on either macOS or Windows. When you need to move Prism to a new machine, free a slot in the portal rather than generating a new key. The slot opens up and you activate on the new device with the same key.
If both slots are taken and you try a third machine, activation stops and the panel shows a "device limit reached" message naming your two active devices. To fix it, open the portal, find the device you no longer use, and remove it to free its slot — then return to the panel and activate. You never need a new key.
One key, one portal. Whether you are copying your key, changing your plan, grabbing the latest panel, or freeing a slot, the License Portal at polar.sh/oneprism/portal is the only place you need.
